mai avuto un problema. Anzi quando la licenza di autocad pc mi ha dato problemi immediatamente mi hanno ridato una nuovo seriale allungando la data di scadenza per altri 6 mesi. Adesso ho acquistato per Mac è con molta gentilezza mi hanno mandato la mail della conferma di acquisto almeno 3 volte visto che io non la ricevevo. Da non sottovalutare che il loro tempo di risposta è sotto al minuto. .. e tutto tramite whatsapp il che rende tutto ancora più semplice. Dopo averli contatti per chiedere un offerta visto l'acquisto in blocco mi hanno anche applicato un piccolo sconto che non dispiace mai. Formidabili, gentili perfetti in tutto.
